Hyperlinks drag the pages more than required

When clicking on the hyperlink buttons next to the headings inside a wiki page they go under the header of the public lab.

What happened just before the problem occurred? Or what problem could this idea solve?
The heading must appear below the header of the public lab

After clicking on the hyperlink button next to the highlighted text

But it should be

I am talking of these buttons

Functionality is working properly. It is copying the right area of the wiki page in the url section but it shows a little up and it creates ambiguity to the user.
