Alignment for #28, fix build error
Advise using virtualenv rather than pyenv-virtualenv for consistency with the PyBaMM installation instructions.

Looks great, I think some of this is also be defined in the CONTRIBUTING.md file currently located here. Great to have it in multiple places though!
