Binaries are sometimes available later than newer sources on repositories. Installing from source can be slower and fail because of missing system dependencies which can lead to frustrating intermittent failures.

@lcolladotor mentioned in #76 post merge that the behavior was still confusing/unexpected when there is no available binary at all, so I have added a warning to that effect.
