Vivek

  • CoCo / Amber

    • Everything works on Archer and Stampede - ready for testing!
    • Archer has new modules for CoCo!
    • TODO Vivek: create a new RC2 and notify Iain, Charlie, etc that they can start testing

  • Gromacs / LSDMap

    • Still some module loading issues w.r.t grompp. This might be a RP issue. TODO Vivek: check if discussed alternatives work and if not open ticket with RP.
    • **TODO Vivek: ** Remove 'print version' from documentation / installation instructions !!!
