As discussed on http://www.raspberrypi.org/forums/viewtopic.php?f=43&t=78183, 6by9@44fe4d7 introduced a regression which caused streaming >720P to fail by default. Fixed.

From http://www.raspberrypi.org/forums/viewtopic.php?f=43&t=78094, add a workaround for Gstreamer bug https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=726521 as it doesn't handle enum_framesizes of type V4L2_FRMSIZE_TYPE_STEPWISE sensibly.

Gstreamer's handling of a driver that advertises
V4L2_FRMSIZE_TYPE_STEPWISE to define the supported
resolutions is broken. See bug
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=726521

Optional parameter of gst_v4l2src_is_broken added.
If non-zero, the driver claims not to support that
ioctl, and gstreamer should be happy again (it
guesses a set of defaults for itself).

The current code tries to allocate memory with GFP_KERNEL at
interrupt context, it would show below warning during the enumeration
when I test it with chipidea hardware, change GFP flag as GFP_ATOMIC
can fix this issue.
