Great CI breakage of May 2021 #733

This issue is just a collector of the many CI failures that we had in May 2021 for various reasons. The last day that CI was fuly operational correctly was on 3rd of May 2021.

Finally the Great CI breakage is done, the CI is again green after #740 :
ci_is_green
