The only failures are due to #1646 that is not specific to this PR and will be solved by robotology/blocktest-yarp-plugins#16, so the PR is ready for review. |

As in the meanwhile we also added support for Ubuntu 24.04 (see #1642), I also document that at the moment you can't install gz-sim with apt on Ubuntu 24.04 (see gazebosim/gz-sim#2390 (comment)).
