ICFPC2005
Homepage of this year's contest.
Our current approximation of what the task will be is - cops and robbers. We should assume there will be two programs to be written, which will be fighting against each other.
What we will need with very high probablility:
- cop program
- robber program
- engine for simulating the fight arena, which will be running those two programs as external processes (probably communicating by stdio)
- visualisation for what is happenning on arena
- others? tournament scripts, arena generators?
Our team will be composed mostly of students from Computer Science Institute of the Uniwersytet Wrocławski.
The first meeting is planned at 16.00 local time at II - we will read the task, organize who is writing which tool, try to create some first strategies and algorithms.
Of course it is private. If you don't have access and you would like to join the team email us.
