It's time to learn how to use the templates you created or imported in a live chat. TSupport for Android comes with several ways to insert a template, depending on your preferred way to work with a tactile device. You can choose between Templates Keyboard, Auto-completion or code system.

  1. Templates Keyboard. TSupport for Android comes with a new unique built-in Templates keyboard, if you don't want to waste time writing any kind of text to answer users. Just go to a chat and hold pressed the Emoji button and the keyboard will show up. You will be able to browse the stored templates and select the one you want to send — it will be inserted in the text field.

  2. Auto-completion. If you go to a chat and start writing the KEY string in the text field, a list of matches will pop up letting you to choose the right template. Once you press over the template you want to send, it will be also inserted into the text field so you can edit it in any way. Keep in mind that for the pop-up menu to be shown, the KEY string must be the first text to be present in the text field — it won't work if you write any text before that!

  3. Code system. This is the most basic way to insert a template, and a very useful one, depends on the use you give to it. If you write the code 'KEY(' or '..KEY..' (without the apostrophes), the related template will be inserted in the text box (let's say you want to explain the Telegram's beauties, you should type 'whatis(' or '..whatis..'). Using this system allows you to write some text before the KEY code (up to 100 characters), so you can add some personal greeting before the template 😄

Now you are ready to answer users using templates. This system can be very helpful for standard questions and recurrent topics, but look out! We aren't robots, try to give a close and warm answer to users 😜
