First pass at the design of the website

Still could maybe use a bit of fiddling around (primarily with the footer, not a huge fan of the icon boxes), but this seems alright as a first try, and I didn't want to block other efforts like the newsletter 😄

Notes:

• I've changed the color scheme a little since the first screenshot to make sure that we pass Chrome's accessibility audit.
• Had to tweak the license info slightly to be able to pull in a Discord icon - that said, Minima seems to already be using Font Awesome icons without attribution, so this was probably worth doing anyway :/
