Not sure how important it is to keep backwards compatibility here, since this is not a documented feature. If it is not important I can get rid of this code.

Indeed I was out yesterday, but our turnaround time is not that fast in general. This basically looks good. I think there may be more conversation that this PR relates to that is not linked? Why are we adding this "backwards compatibility" now? Did it regres recently? |
Oh, sorry. It was not because I didn't get a reply, it was because I looked at your github profile and didn't see activity for a few days 🙂
Not really. I just wanted to use I looked at cargo's source to see if there was another way and I was happy to see this undocumented configuration, but it was using snake_case instead of the kebab-case which is used for all other configurations.
The backwards compatibility thing is just to avoid breaking the configuration for people that might be defining |
