Rollup merge of rust-lang#140741 - husqvarnagroup:af/armv5te-target-maintainer, r=jieyouxu add armv5te-unknown-linux-gnueabi target maintainer My employer is interested in having this target maintained and we already have some tests in our CI running for it. armv5te-unknown-linux-gnueabi can be ticket off in rust-lang#113739.
