Rollup merge of #151326 - translated, r=davidtwco Remove `DiagMessage::Translated` in favour of `DiagMessage::Str` This variant did not seem to be meaningfully different from `DiagMessage::Str`. Am I missing something or was this just an oversight? r? @davidtwco
