  1. fix(tofs): use literal pillar (config) paths instead of tpldir 

    * With nested `.sls` files, `tpldir` respectively resolves to:
  - `systemd/networkd`
  - `systemd/resolved`
  - `systemd/timesyncd`
* Without this fix, only the default value provided is ever used, respectively:
  - `['network']`
  - `['resolved.conf']`
  - `['timesyncd.conf']`
