User story
As SSRs we would like a new plate purpose for a library stock plate so do mulitplexing sequencing submissions so we no longer need to do a fake cherrypick on library quant submissions.
Current situation: Plate of premade libraries that faculty make we supply them with a library manifest and stock plate barcode. Create a multiplexing submission. We can only do it on an LB-Lib-PCR-XP. Do a fake cherrypick on the stock plate to create an LB-Lib-PCR-XP to transfer the tags. Submission is in Limber-HTP.
