As Tris B (TL) I would like to be able to submit libraries from any short read pipeline to the Element Aviti Sequencer so that faculty can save money for low to mid throughput pipelines.

Acceptance criteria
To be considered successful the solution must allow:

• Walk through with Stakeholders the process of creating a Submission for Aviti Element sequencing.
• Walk through with Stakeholders the Illumina NovaSeqX Pipeline screen to note any differences for Aviti Element sequencing.
• Walk through with Stakeholder the Illumina NovaSeqX Batch screens to note any difference for Aviti Element sequencing,.
• Walk through Actions on NovaSeqX batch screens to note any difference for Aviti Element sequencing.
• Clarify addition of PhiX for Aviti Element
• Clarify any additional library types, tag sets, primers specific for Aviti Element sequencing.
• Capture user preferences on generates sample sheets for input to and running the sequencer.

Additional context
This is a research story to generate mock-ups and walk through the process with the stakeholder to build backlog of user stories to implement this.

In the first instance this is likely to be another Sequencing pipeline in SequenceScape very similar or possibly identical to Illuina pipelines..
