Dart Sass no longer uses extended selectors for &.
Dart Sass now supports compound extendees for selector-extend() and
selector-replace().
I believe both the Ruby Sass and Dart Sass outputs are valid here. Ruby
Sass effectively optimizes out some extra selectors that Dart Sass
includes, but those selectors are valid given the extends.
