The Ubuntu kernel team is now maintaining a kernel >= 6.12 in the linux-unstable ppa, so we don't have to maintain a custom ppa anymore to provide a sched_ext kernel. Update the installation notes to reference the linux-unstable kernel. Once 25.04 is released and linux-unstable becomes the official stock kernel, we can remove the section about installing the linux-unstable kernel. Signed-off-by: Andrea Righi <arighi@nvidia.com>
