feat(execution-filesystem): system to pass files between blocks #866

Summary

Files get uploaded to execution bucket when tool outputs are marked as file or file[] type.

• Tool runs → Returns raw file data (Buffer/base64/URL)
• FileToolProcessor → Detects file/file[] outputs, processes each file
• uploadExecutionFile() → Uploads to S3/Blob execution bucket with 5-min URL
• Block output → Raw data becomes UserFile objects with .url property
• Other blocks → Access via <gmail.attachments[0].url>
