The objective is to remove all files related to Bezier High Order elements in the basic distribution of SOFA. Indeed, this content is still imature and will be provided in 2 separate plugins : SofaHighOrderTopology and SofaHighOrderFEM.
In this pull request, topology classes in GeneralTopology has been removed and some associated components have been either removed or updated (to erase any link to Bezier High Order elements).
