@yxieca Hi Ying, DHCPv6 Relay feature (isc-dhcp) has been cherry-picked to the 202012 branch. sonic-net/sonic-buildimage#8871

The plan is to merge this PR, allow testing with isc-dhcp DHCPv6 Relay
Then cherry-pick dhcp6relay (SONiC DHCPv6 Relay) into 202012 branch sonic-net/sonic-buildimage#8884
Create and merge a PR to change dhcpv6 ptftests to test for only SONiC DHCPv6 Relay (currently it tests for either isc-dhcp or SONiC dhcp6relay)
