Origin Launch Url needs to be (re-)implemented. Looks like is also not installed on the First Run via stl.

this is fixed in 1540c8c
but the 'Steam First Time Setup' requires an extra check, as the source installer is in the gamedirectory (likely not only with origin an issue). Won't use an extra issue for this, but comment in #210
