Ideas for further 'Steam First Time Setup' enhancements

After the initial support is done
here are some loose ideas for further 'Steam First Time Setup' enhancements (directly from the Wiki):

- (re-)create the whole WINEPREFIX (including First Time Setup) for the game on the fly with one click added
(optionally also with recovering steamuser from the backup)
- Checkbox Gui, to easily create a custom install vdf added
- as template for future use added
- for instant installation of the picked redist files added

• Install vdfs automatically by putting the game into the corresponding Steam Category
  - Automatically use EVALSC with "ADDON-" prefix additional to the regular EVALSC when found added
  - Automatically use EVALSC with "CUSTOM-" prefix in place of the regular EVALSC when found added

might be worth a separate issue, but the origin installer doesn't get installed, which leads to a game launch fail (quick test with 1225570) fixed

Most of this and much more was implemented with this commit

As soon as bugreports and issues calm down and remaining glitches are fixes, this will become the major release

might come later as
"Install package-sets automatically by putting the game into the corresponding Steam Category"
when own packages established
so dependencies for a program are pulled in automatically

"recovering steamuser from the backup"
not sure about this yet. I've been backing steamuser for all my games for some time and never had the need to recover it.
So in the rare case this is really required this could be done manually as well.

I'd say Steam First Time Setup support is complete enough for now.
Next step in that direction will probably supporting/adding own packages
