    This plugin currently uses a git.io link that will almost certainly
vanish someday. GitHub has not committed to any particular timeline of
support (or the end thereof) for existing git.io links, since announcing
that new links can no longer be created.

  1. redirects: switch to generic issue/PR redirect patterns 

    Modification of Exirel's suggestion to use `/l` as a prefix.

We might still do something like that, but all we need right now is a
way to send people to a specific issue.
