  1. rust: parse macro symbols 

    Macros end in an exclamation point. Currently parsing one results in a MissingDescriptor error, for example:

`scip::symbol::parse_symbol("rust-analyzer cargo std https://github.com/rust-lang/rust/library/std macros/print!")`
