Added new test to verify the migration scenario with postgres. This will be useful to identify and avoid issues when liquibase is upgraded(Spinnaker 1.33.0 comes with changeset checksum changes spinnaker#6941) or if any changesets are modified.(moved to fix(liquibase): fix checkSum errors occurring with spinnaker upgrade #6217.This is an automatic backport of pull request #6221 done by [Mergify](https://mergify.com).
