Adds monthly weekday recurrence using set positions.

What’s included

  • setPositions support in recurrence models and EventKit mapping.
  • add/edit support for --setpos (monthly-only, requires --on).
  • Recurrence summaries include setpos=... .
  • Tests for parsing, formatting, and EventKit mapping.
