Adds monthly day-of-month selectors for recurrence.

What’s included

  • Monthly frequency support in recurrence models and EventKit mapping.
  • add/edit support for --month-day 1,15,31 (monthly-only).
  • Recurrence summaries include month-day=... .
  • Tests for parsing, formatting, and EventKit mapping.
