Adds weekly day selectors (BYDAY) for recurrence.

What’s included

New weekday model and mapping to EventKit days of week.
add/edit support for --on mon,tue,... (weekly-only).
Recurrence summaries include on=... .
Tests for parsing, formatting, and EventKit mapping.
