fix(bundler): Fix bugs

Issues

• Deno.bundle() generates (calls) function name that is not defined denoland/deno#9055
• deno compile breaks flag parsing denoland/deno#9219
• [bundle] Bundled code still doesn't work as expected denoland/deno#9220

Postponed issues

• Deno bundle not bundling imports denoland/deno#9200
• Bundler: ReferenceError: _ is not defined denoland/deno#9212

I postponed these because these issues are time-consuming while others are easy to fix.

Tasks

swc_bundler:

• Fix keywords pass.

swc_ecma_transforms_optimization:

• Remove dbg!.
• constant_propagation: inline only injected variables.
