Related to #7034

On http://symfony.com/doc/current/http_cache.html in the 3rd paragraph HTTP specification is still linked to http://www.w3.org/Protocols/rfc2616/rfc2616.html.

Shouldn't this be changed to https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc7234?

The Symfony cache system is different because it relies on the simplicity and power of the HTTP cache as defined in the HTTP specification.
