[bug] Prevent `.app` in identifier

Describe the bug

This will cause undesired behavior on macOS cause .app is a system thing for apps.

Reproduction

use any identifier that ends in .app and you'll see macOS thinking it's an app instead of a directory.

Expected behavior

The tauri runtime should throw an error and if people still want this behavior have a flag to allow it.

no real need to join the discord tbh. i just wasn't home yesterday. The current validation we have is here: https://github.com/tauri-apps/tauri/blob/dev/crates/tauri-cli/src/build.rs#L132-L151

@FabianLars this is probably only an issue for macOS as I am not sure windows or Linux have undesired behavior with .app suffixed identifiers.

What's the ideal solution here?

We should probably print a warning (log::warn ?) on all platforms but only call exit(1) on macos (and prob log::error instead of warn)
