I am running markdown-link-check via https://github.com/gaurav-nelson/github-action-markdown-link-check. I believe I am using v3.11.1.
The following anchor link is failing -> [✖] l-is-the-package-in-the-linux-distro-base-image → Status: 400
I realize headings generally should not end in punctuations but for FAQs '?' are common and allowed by popular linters such as https://github.com/DavidAnson/markdownlint/blob/v0.34.0/doc/md026.md
