Add Import resources E2E based on the Dashboard tutorial

Follow-up to #2841 and #2842
Add a new E2E test which performs the steps described in the Dashboard tutorial. This ensure both that the import functionality is not broken again by future Pipelines releases or other changes, and that the tutorial is valid.
