Adding Portuguese (pt-BR) translation

Description

This PR incorporates the translation for the Portuguese language.

Test scenarios

Inspired by @Viterbo's spanish translation , I changed manually the default language to 'pt-BR' and then explored the site, searching for texts, labels, placeholders, tooltips, and error or notification messages that may be showing the key name instead of the Portuguese text associated.
