What does this PR do?
Adds a banner with social links (Slack, Github, Stackoverflow and Twitter) in the main nav. For that it uses the custom_dir attribute of mkdocs themes.
We had to update the code generation struct that maps that file, as it's part of the code generation.
Why is it important?
Make social links more visible in the website, specially Slack
