Installation on Windows

- After the setup, use the MinGW shell (
%GOPATH%\bin\qtenv.bat
) if you want togo run
orgo build
your applications; optional: runsetx PATH "%PATH%"
inside the shell once to makego run

work from within your default CMD or PS as well
