On certain platforms, Display HDMI HDA codec was not going to sleep state
after the use when links are powered down after turning off the display
power. As per the HW recommendation, links are powered down before turning
off the display power to ensure that the codec goes to sleep state.

This patch was updated from an earlier version submitted upstream [1]
which conflicted with the changes merged for HDaudio codec support
with the Intel DSP.

@ranj063 can you check if the updates look ok and if this works on Yorp? The code compiles but I don't know how to test it. The main point is that we cannot use the patch from the Chrome team as is since it conflicts with the HDaudio support (added roughly at the same time last summer).

@plbossart looks good to me. i've tested it on the Yorp and I'm able to suspend without issues.

@xiulipan can you clarify what the issue with Jenkins is? I don't even know why we use Jenkins...

@ranj063 thanks for testing, will merge and check how this applies to backport/cros-v4.14-intel-audio later.

The Jenkins will be used to be the main CI server to have pre-merge PR on device test.
The build test is some pre-stage for the later test, can work as some backup service now.
The main propose of enabling Jenkins is too have the PR built and then trigger some on device test later.
This server can also be used to have some auto regular daily, weekly test.

Add a new test case which performs double query of the bpf_mprog through
libbpf API, but also via raw bpf(2) syscall. This is testing to gather
first the count and then in a subsequent probe the full information with
