This PR adds the following client images:
-bitvise-ssh [windows image]
-dropbear
-lib-ssh
-paramiko
-puttyLinux
-russh
-wolfssh
As well it introduces a new profile 'automated-client', which automates the needed user-interaction with the goal to allow fully automated testing and scanning. The README.md was extended with information on, how to run the different clients and which command line arguments specification to use.
The russh images need to be updated once again, when https://github.com/tls-attacker/russh-server/pull/1 is merged.
