Adds 2 new methods to convert between screen pixels and geographic coordinates.
As noted in the docs, the toScreenLocation() method rounds on web (AFAIK there will only ever be full pixels on web) but not on iOS and Android, as at least on iOS mapbox_gl also uses half pixels.
I also deleted the bitmap.dart file which was an artifact from the very early days of the plugin but wasn't used anywhere.
