  1. Use exponential backoff retry strategy for glue client 

    Default strategy was not good enough for handling
concurrent modifications, which led to flaky behavior
in concurrent modifications tests like
TestIcebergGlueCatalogConnectorSmokeTest#testDeleteRowsConcurrently
