Context
To work with ontoportal we need to provide an API, this PR implements the reading of environment variable fields from our JSON configs files and updates the CI to use a GH secret to pass the API key to k8s deploy as secret.
For now, we use the public API key of BiodivPortal https://biodivportal.gfbio.org/site_config, which can be changed afterward.
