Replace husky command with custom Node.js script for better CI handling.
Add .husky directory to eslint ignores for consistency.
Deleted custom Husky install script and updated build process.
Upgrade husky from 9.0.11 to 9.1.6 for improved functionality.
Add script to skip Husky install in production and CI. Adjust workflow and package.json.
