This PR adds a converted version of https://github.com/KhronosGroup/glTF-Sample-Models/tree/master/2.0/AlphaBlendModeTest as this shows common issues with UsdPreviewSurface representation across viewers.
The included Readme points out common mistakes with screenshots and links to the spec.
