Similar to #4, this is a conversion from a glTF test asset: https://github.com/KhronosGroup/glTF-Sample-Models/tree/master/2.0/TextureTransformTest
It specifically tests support of UsdTransform2d which is part of the UsdPreviewSurface spec.
