Description
This PR re-commits the change from PR #92 that was reverted by PR #101. The initial description from PR #92 is included below:
CARMA Platform PR #1321 and carma-msgs PR # resulted in an updated description for cav_srvs/SetActiveRoute. Specifically, a 'choice' field was added to the request to indicate whether a SetActiveRoute request includes a RouteID (the name of a route file) or an array of destination points. Since carma-web-ui only deals with routes provided with a RouteID, the choice field is set to '0' (which indicates a RouteID is being provided).
