Exact cause is unknown at this stage, but the affected versions need to be tagged, and a warning applied for people using them, removed deprecated.

This is not quite correct, i also have this issue on a native, bare-metal Debian server, in addition to in Docker.

Thanks for letting me know. Been very busy, and frequently seen this issue mentioned alongside different containisation systems. Between people hounding me about the issue (not you), and me rushing to get it resolved, mistakes happen.

I've done what I can. Hopefully its enough to stop automatic downloads. Not 100% on it though. Worst case scenario, an update to UF needs to be made, to block affected versions from the range, something like ^2.27.2 !2.28.1 !2,28,2.
