Describe the bug

@degenaro graciously reported in Gitter, and it took quite a few attempts for me to understand in my confused state there is a broken link on our README for the NIST SP 800-53 Revision 4 XML source that points to the wrong URL. This ought to be fixed.

Who is the bug affecting?

Developers reading our technical documentation in GitHub.

What is affected by this bug?

Understanding the relationship of the Rev 4 XML source to the resulting, equivalent JSON version of the file.

When does this occur?

Consistently

How do we replicate the issue?

  1. Access linked GitHub deep link above.

Expected behavior (i.e. solution)

Point not to the JSON file in ./src it will never be there.

Other Comments

@degenaro was very patient in my repeatedly misunderstanding this very easy to understand problem with a clear solution, thanks to him and the other community members who humor me. :-)
