Fix custom column classes in the updated theme

What does this PR change?

The custom column classes we use in Bootstrap 3 aren't compatible with the internal theming logic of Bootstrap 5. This PR adds a small translation layer so we can keep those classes in place until we complete the migration, otherwise we would need to either break Bootstrap 3 or break 5 and this is something we want to avoid. After the migration is complete, we should be able to drop this code.

This issue was present on a lot of pages so it's likely it fixed more pages on the updated theme than I uncovered right now.

KNOWN ISSUES

Sometimes the build can fail when pulling new jar files from download.opensuse.org . This is a known limitation. Given this happens rarely, when it does, all you need to do is rerun the test. Sorry for the inconvenience.
