Multiple improvements for uniforms-material package

• Fixes Warning Invalid prop margin of value normal supplied to Input #501
• Removes other warnings about unrecognised props
• DateField using TextField from material-ui. Fixes outlined DateField layout
• SelectField using TextField from material-ui. Fixes outlined SelectField layout
